All our products are carefully stored and used daily in our studio but, please be aware that although these ingredients are removed from the cakes we cannot guarantee that any of our cakes are completely free of all traces for people who are highly sensitive for example; Wheat flour, Barley, and Rye (cereals containing Gluten), Eggs, Milk, Peanuts, Nuts (walnuts, ground almonds, and confectionery), Soya (milk and margarine), Sesame seeds, Sulphur Dioxide and Sulphates (dried fruit preservatives).
